Numbers Day

This week, children came into school as rock stars to celebrate maths (more specifically, Times Table Rockstars) and they had so much fun completing a variety of activities based on the book, The Lion’s Share.

Times Tables Rock Stars is a carefully sequenced programme of daily times tables practice aimed at schools and families. We have bought into the programme for a number of years but we felt the need to relaunch it and enthuse the children with lots of TTRS battles. Children from Years 2 – 6 have logins for TTRS and Reception – Yr 2 have logins for Numbots which supports younger children to add and subtract.

Thank you to all parents who organised costumes for the children, they looked brilliant!
