Festive Fun at Dordon

Christmas is well underway at Dordon! Performance rehearsals, singing for church and Enterprise Week, are just some of the things the children have been getting up to.

This year, Mrs Cross and I also challenged each year group to decorate their classroom doors in a festive theme of their choice. Mrs Cross was impressed with the efforts of all year groups but her overall winner was Peacock class! They picked a wonderful gingerbread theme for their door and Mrs Cross thought it was an extremely imaginative design. Mrs Cross took time out of her day to celebrate with Peacock class and brought along cake, juice and a Christmas story. I know this was a special moment for Mrs Cross and a reminder of why we do the job we do!
